We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and diligent person who will support our various recruitment initiatives and will help us achieving our common goal: building the best team for Tesla!

In this role, you will be part of our first-class recruitment team which plays a pivotal role in building Tesla’s future talent pipeline in the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

What You’ll Do

Learning Goals & Tasks

Understand the importance of our various recruitment programs and initiatives for an international company like Tesla.
Learn about our sourcing activities and develop sourcing skills to find and attract the best talents.
Accompany candidates end-to-end through the recruitment process at Tesla.
Learn about stakeholder management and how to develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure clear communication, smooth processes and great candidate experience.
Build recruitment skills, learn to use an applicant tracking system and how to analyze data.
Develop project management skills.

What You’ll Bring

Preferably studying a relevant field like Business Administration, BWL with focus on HR, Recruitment
Previous internship experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing or Sales is considered a plus.
Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change.
Good Level in German and English (C1 Level)
Open to occasional business travel.
