Your Impact

• Build the enterprise business architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks that drive standardization, harmonization, and simplification across the organization.
• Define and manage core architecture artifacts – Enterprise Meta Model, business capability maps, and as-is/target landscapes.
• Align strategic architecture roadmaps with business and IT leadership to fuel transformation and innovation.
• Lead architecture governance to tame complexity, control risk, and guarantee solution interoperability.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of deep expertise in business capability modeling, enterprise meta models, and cross-domain business processes – ideally in wholesale or B2C groceries.
• A proven record of leading organization-wide transformation initiatives with measurable business and IT outcomes.
• Hands-on skill in enterprise architecture governance: standardization, simplification, and risk control.
• Strong ability to develop and align strategic roadmaps with business and IT strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at the executive level.
• Ability to map complex solution landscapes to business needs and spot optimization opportunities.
• A collaborative leader who works closely with fellow architects and cross-functional teams to maintain a holistic enterprise view.
• An excellent communicator who translates technical architecture into business-relevant narratives.
• Experience scaling architecture frameworks in large, complex, multinational organizations.
• Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
