Offshore Service Resource is part of Northern Central Europe Service Organisation in Vestas within the Offshore Service Resource area responsible for providing workforce solutions to work on service, improvement, optimization, and repair assignments within the offshore business.

Responsibilities
You are expected to report on status of the below and ensure that our procedures and instructions are followed, especially in relation to safety rules and policies.

• Work with implementation:

• Aftersales Upgrades and reporting of statues

• Up Tower specialize repairs

• End of Warranty Repairs

• Constructions t service handover punch list works

• Support service sites with timely completion of outstanding works

• Advanced trouble shooting

• High Voltage Support

• Ensure that the testing of project outputs are conducted methodically to validate and support the project mandate

• Provide input to specification of requirement and development of solutions
• Continuously give input ideas to improvements on technical documentation, work instructions and certification processes.
• Make a difference in creating a safe working environment for your team whilst on the turbine and in the wind farm alongside encouraging the reporting of incidents, near misses and unsafe acts and conditions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas's policies and procedures
• Preparation and execution of work packages including reporting on progress

Qualifications

• Legacy WTG experience
• Wind industry experience for example Siemen's level 5 or other manufacturers with ideally minimum 3 years' experience
• Formal Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications
• Experienced in all as aspects of wind turbines including trouble shooting activities
• Preferably with all GWO certificates required to travel offshore
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience
