Overview
Primary Focus: Set up high-priority, time-sensitive shipments for success, provide proactive status updates on deviations, and track orders from origin to destination. This position builds your foundational expertise within the Airspace Operations team, establishing a clear pathway for ongoing career advancement.

Our operations team forms the backbone of Airspace. On the front lines, you directly represent our brand to customers, drivers, and service partners. With your sharp attention to detail, identifying critical issues early directly impacts mission success and can ultimately save lives.
Responsibilities
Advanced Problem Solving
- Independently resolve escalated operational issues using available resources.
- Support team members with operational questions and escalations.
- Evaluate margin versus total cost to authorize additional charge approvals effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert on international trade regulations, import, and export requirements.
- Balance speed, cost, and service quality to optimize customer outcomes without unnecessary escalations.
- Make sound, data-driven decisions under pressure and mitigate potential issues proactively.
Operating the Airspace Platform
- Maintain active Dangerous Goods (DG) certification and uphold current compliance standards.
- Assist team members with DG-flagged orders and inquiries.
- Master sector-specific operating procedures and partner with leadership to guide standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead by example, upholding high operational standards across the team.
Performance Expectations
Consistently meet and exceed key operational metrics and customer service standards. Complete all core responsibilities expected of an Operations Specialist II while driving continuous operational improvements.
Compensation
€55,000 – €70,000 annual salary
