- Create new ideas and concepts for HTML5 games
- Create art assets partly or for complete games
- Guide external art development
- Accompany the full development cycle of our games
- Optimize the look and feel, color composition, UI, UX and design aspects within the development process of our games
- Approve concepts and finalized games before launch
- Be ahead of the market in terms of market trends, technology and competition
- Use your freedom for creativity to bring fresh and trendy games to the market
- Creative first: You bring a high degree of creativity to all types of work
- You have an eye for all aspects of design especially colors and shapes
- Your communication skills are excellent and your style of communication is proactive
- You are a pragmatic person with a hands-on mentality
- You speak fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
- You have a high level of coordination in order to organize projects
- You bring good skills in software like Adobe XD and Photoshop
