We are an innovative organization within Siemens with the aim of developing hardware, software and digital services for value creation for our customers with artificial intelligence along the AI lifecycle. Based on Industrial Edge, our goal is to build a portfolio that enables robust, trustworthy and secure integration and operation of AI applications in production environments. Our team defines the associated software and service strategy for Siemens Factory Automation and actively drives the transition, including the associated digital business models, in the industrial field.

As our Product Portfolio Manager you lead Industrial AI software products with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.

You will launch our AI software products to the market
You define product marketing strategies (product, price, placement, promotion) and support marketing and sales enablement, channel and partner development
While gathering feedback, defining metrics, and collaborating with sales, verticals, product owners and development teams, you build the outstanding products and bring them fast to market
Together with UX and support teams, you are focusing on designing the right offerings for outstanding customer experience
You work closely together with software development teams and product owners to incorporate their ideas into your products

Successfully launched at least one product around industrial OT. Preferably a software product related to data driven applications.
Handled all team members through the processes to successfully launch an OT software product.
Deep know-how on industrial embedded systems is required. Specifically with respect to commissioning, operations, and maintenance of industrial systems
A Diploma/master’s degree in a technical field
At least 3 years of work experience in product management with OT related software development
Strong ability to translate customer needs to solution design and understand technology impact.
High degree of creativity, open-mindedness, and self-initiative as well as fluency in English complete your profile.
