The Role

As a Senior Business Development Representative you will be tasked with seeking out and qualifying new business opportunities within selected verticals for Buddywise. As well as guiding new and existing clients through our onboarding process, from initial pilot to long-term partnerships. Essentially, getting the opportunity to lead your clients from initial contact to however far you can take it!

Responsibilities

• Generating and qualifying leads and moving them through the company sales pipeline.
• Analyzing client needs and translating them into compelling solutions with corresponding technical and commercial proposals.
• Fostering strong relationships with customers at various levels to support future growth and client relations.
• Onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources.
• Represent the company in various events and actively influence and participate in marketing activities.

About You

• 2+ years (or equivalent) within Sales, Business Development or Account Growth orientated roles, preferable with a SaaS solution.
• Experience with various sales techniques in sales cycles from prospecting to closed agreement.
• Strong ability to build trust and relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels within a company.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills in English. Additional languages are always a plus.
• An interest and/or prior exposure with SaaS solutions, AI or Machine Learning is a plus!
