Your responsibilities

• Support for the maintenance and use of billing programs
• Input, validation and processing of contract-relevant data in operational IT systems
• Assistance with the coordination and registration of schedule deliveries and purchases with energy companies, customers and power plants as well as the provision of balancing energy
• Preparation and exchange of data for generation planning and EEG forecasts with interface partners
• Operational tasks in day-to-day business, including determining key figures for operational optimization
• Setting up and maintaining the KPI dashboard
• Updating and maintaining the reporting system

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in engineering or a comparable field of study
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Enjoy dealing with technical and business management topics
• Interest in operational topics, the energy industry and IT
• You are characterized by reliability, commitment, communication and teamwork skills
• Initial practical experience is desirable
