Position: up to 20 hours per week during term time (up to 40 hours option during school break)

We operate a hybrid virtual/in-person working model, with most of the team spending time in our offices as required. atai hubs are in Berlin, New York City, and San Diego.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including scheduling interviews, organizing company swag, and maintaining HR systems.
• Coordinate office logistics and facilities management for the Berlin office, including ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, mail processing and ensuring an enjoyable and comfortable work environment.
• Own and manage our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content is up to date, managing user access, and providing technical support to employees as needed.
• Conduct compensation reporting and benchmarking, analyzing salary data to ensure competitiveness in the market and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Administration or related
• Fluency in English (required) and German (desired)
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Highly resourceful and able to handle complex and competing priorities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
