Your Mission

• Conduct international market and competitor studies while evaluating sales forecasts and analytics.

• Formulate compelling collection and marketing strategies for assigned apparel product lines.

• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Design, and Development teams to ensure collections align with global market demands.

• Align cross-functional concepts across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories divisions.

• Steer the product creation process in full alignment with the Go-to-Market calendar.

• Present innovative product lines to international partners and key accounts.

• Participate in regular market visits and trade fairs worldwide.

Your Talent

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within the sporting goods or fashion industry.

• Deep understanding of market trends, retail dynamics, and product aesthetics.

• Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, highly organized approach to work.

• Excellent communication skills paired with fluency in written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Flexible team player attitude with strong organizational capabilities.
