Salary

Earn 15.80€ gross per hour for daytime shifts. Benefit from guaranteed wage increases after 12 months (16.86€/h gross) and 24 months (18.14€/h gross).

Night Shift Rates:

• 20.54 €/h gross, including a tax-free night bonus of 4.74 €/h for hours worked between 01:30 and 06:00 AM.

Shifts

We offer full-time (+30 hours/week) and part-time (12+ hours/week) positions with fixed schedules designed to fit your lifestyle. Shift availability depends on the location, and you can select your preferred schedule during the application process.

Working week: Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week, including 2 Saturdays per month.

Job Overview

Join our dedicated team at the delivery station, the vital final stop before customer orders arrive at their doorstep. You will load conveyor belts, organize shipments, and prepare packages for driver pickup.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory
• Utilize modern warehouse technology, including hand scanners, computers, and mobile printers
• Assemble, wrap, sort, and move pallets and packages
• Unload truck deliveries efficiently

Physical Capabilities & Requirements

• Ability to lift items up to 15kg, as well as stand, walk, push, pull, squat, and reach during shifts
• Follow digital instructions on display screens
• Operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks safely
• Navigate stairs where required
• Work comfortably in dynamic environments with moving equipment

Additional Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English or German to understand essential job instructions and safety guidelines.
