Role Overview

As a CGT Operational Excellence Coordinator/Investigator at Marken (a UPS company), you take full ownership of investigating Cell & Gene Therapy issues while ensuring strict compliance. You directly support the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence and CGT Leads, collaborating with global teams to maintain the highest accountability standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive root cause analyses, close deviations, and perform effectiveness checks.
• Guide co-investigators and operational personnel throughout investigation procedures.
• Escalate critical issues, detect operational trends, and report actionable findings to management.
• Draft detailed Client Incident Reports (CIRs) and participate in direct client discussions.
• Design and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), monitoring regional trends.
• Partner with logistics providers and vendors to resolve issues and finalize CAPAs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage standard operating procedure updates across the region.
• Gather operational data and perform key metrics calculations to support global management reviews.
• Detect process gaps and quality management system deficiencies, recommending immediate enhancements.
• Track weekly CAPA performance metrics and perform consistent follow-ups.
• Provide tactical assistance to broader QA/QC activities and the CGT Driver Excellence Program.
