💼 Experienced Analyst - Leveraged Finance (f/m/d) bei Crédit Agricole CIB in Frankfurt am Main - Lead Private Equity Financing

Crédit Agricole CIB is a premier international debt provider, consistently ranking among the top players in the EMEA syndicated loan and bond markets. Our Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) division operates across major global hubs, including Paris, London, and New York, specializing in structuring and arranging debt for corporate and private equity clients. We are currently seeking a driven professional to join our Frankfurt-based team.

Your Mission and Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on the origination and execution of Leveraged Buy Out (LBO) transactions for prestigious international Private Equity clients. You will be an integral part of the German CLF team, handling diverse financing solutions for corporate entities.

• Drive marketing activities and maintain business relationships by preparing high-quality pitch books in collaboration with DCM, ECM, and GIB teams.
• Perform sophisticated financial modeling, including detailed cash flow analysis and financial projections.
• Conduct primary risk assessments and analyze transactions through Information Memoranda and due diligence reports.
• Prepare and present credit applications to the relevant committees.
• Support the execution of financing transactions, from structuring and term-sheet negotiation to legal documentation and syndication.
• Manage the credit monitoring for a designated portfolio of files.

You will be fully integrated into the team with the goal of enhancing your technical and soft skills while gaining significant autonomy.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess a graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting. You should have up to two years of experience within a Leveraged, Acquisition, or Corporate Financing department at an investment bank or advisory firm.

• Solid understanding of private equity investments and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple projects.
• A strong team-oriented mindset combined with high motivation and a desire for continuous learning.
• Fluency in German and English is essential; additional languages are a benefit.
