The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Working Student (*) Process Engineering within a multidivisional investment project at Wuppertal Plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

Creating Standard Work Documentation and Work Instructions for Production Processes

Supporting project team in terms reporting and data evaluation
-
Collaboration with shop floor operators and other department
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
-
You are currently studying for a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering (or similar)
-
You have the opportunity to work for us 10-20 hours per week
-
Interest in working in a production-related environment
-
Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Very good knowledge of German and English
