Your Role

Supporting the advanced development team on a variety of projects that entail design, manufacturing, and testing of prototypes necessary to arrive at proof of concept for a novel eye implant technology
In addition, a fundamental part of the job is the analysis of the data obtained though testing with the support of software programs such as Phyton, myVGL or commercial ones as Arivis, and documenting the same
Scientific literature research
Support in laboratory work incl. sample preparation and optical and mechanical testing and characterization of millimeter sized objects

Your Profile

Ongoing studies in the field of natural science, preferably physics, mechanical or biomedical engineering
Basic programming skills in Python (recommended), knowledge in MATLAB or Mathematica is an advantage
Crafty and Creative personality, experience with lab work preferred
Tech-savvy and high curiosity about technology capabilities
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in both German and English
