YOU are someone who …

supports the central department Human Resources in day-to-day business and projects such as onboarding and offboarding, event planning or drafting operating agreements
supports recruiting in the preparation of contract documents, sifts through applications in the applicant management system, for example, requests additional documents and handles correspondence with the applicant
prepares evaluations, presentations and statistics (Power Point, Excel)
takes over general office organization and substitution tasks

YOU have ...

started a business administration degree
knowledge in the field of HR and enthusiasm for business contexts
an experienced handling of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
fluent German and English skills
an independent and structured way of working
enjoy working in a team
the desire to help shape something in a new company
