We are working alongside one of Berlin’s most exciting Financial Start-ups, who are offering investors and service providers product solutions and API-services for all digital assets. They are now looking for a Head of product to take them to the next level now!
The Role:
In this position, you will make complex blockchain technology simple to use and comprehend. It is important that you interact with stakeholders and consumers in order to gain a full understanding of the company’s product, and the future of the company. You understand the difficulties fintech companies are faced with and take the time to learn the way this company addresses them, and what it entails for the user experience. To make wise judgments as you gather two types of data and present your findings to the team. Once you and the team have developed a creative vision for the product based on these findings, you must carefully execute it to provide our clients with software that is both simple to use and very effective.
- Examine consumer preferences, market demands, and current business trends
- Based on internal debate and user research, establish design needs
- Through using market analysis with the consumers, identify and potential product upgrade
- To accommodate evolving client preferences, adapt and alter current designs
- Establish a close relationship with the software engineers to put innovations into practice
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams
- Make mockups and wireframes to evaluate the features
- Develop design ideas and illustrations to showcase the greatest goods
- Give the Product function direction, instruction, and management
Requirements:
For this role, it is important you are invested in developing logical B2B software solutions that make use of blockchain technology. The ideal applicant will be knowledgeable at every level of the product design and management process. You feel at ease engaging with a cross-functional team which covers the Product and Engineering functions and are eager to find alternatives that adhere to the company’s code as it now stands.
- Utilize your innovative problem-solving abilities to explore the universe of products that you are going to adopt.
- Previous experience and evidence of being part of a product management process including user experience research (including usability), wireframes & prototypes and elements of design
- 3-5 years of work experience as a product manager/designer for a business-to-business for a Software as a Service business
- Outstanding attention to detail and a keen eye for consumer demands
- Experience with working in remote teams
- Knowledge of how to gather and analyse different data sets
- Willingness to talk about and convince design ideas
- A vibrant personality with the ability to connect with and persuade a range of audiences
