Partners Group is seeking a proactive Office Manager to join our Munich office at Lenbachplatz. As Office Manager, you will be pivotal in coordinating suppliers, ensuring the office is well-maintained, offering a warm welcome to visitors, and maintaining seamless coordination with the Partners Group global network.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for office space planning, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and invoice processing
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external and internal vendors (such as IT), service providers, and the office landlord
- Oversee reception staffing, ensuring visitors are welcomed, internal events are hosted, and office presence is maintained during agreed hours
- Ensure timely invoice payments and adequate insurance coverage
- Organize office operations, manage office equipment, and ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including health and safety regulations, fire safety requirements, etc.
- Showcase passion for creating a welcoming environment for employees
- Manage the budget for internal office events and coordinate their organization
- Act as the health & safety officer to maintain a safe office environment in line with applicable protocols and requirements
- Serve as the primary contact person for management, employees, and visitors at our Munich office
What we expect - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar office logistics and management role
- Be well-organized, agile, and knowledgeable about corporate obligations, including familiarity with German office management legislation
- Exhibit a client-centric mindset and passion for a role that combines hands-on tasks with administrative work
- Possess an energetic, pleasant, and outgoing personality that enhances a positive office atmosphere
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and working-level German to support office employees, connect with our international network, and efficiently manage local service providers
- Previous experience in the financial/asset management industry is a plus
