- Carrying out all activities required in operational purchasing (inquiries, offer evaluation, contracts, orders, order confirmations, deadline monitoring, dunning)on your own responsibility as well as contacting national and international suppliers.
- Ensuring material availability
- Carrying out purchasing negotiations (in coordination with strategic procurement)
- Coordination with internal interfaces
- invoice verification
- Monitoring and maintenance of purchasing-relevant data in the ERP system (SAP)
