Business Operation Analyst (m/f/d)
Location: Reutlingen Germany / Akzo Europe
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and maintenance of end-to-end supply chain reports at the business unit level.
- Collaborate with regional demand and supply chain managers to collect, review and consolidate regional data.
- Produce monthly end-to-end supply chain reports for BUMT and IBP processes (MBR).
- Initiate projects to establish consistent reporting standards in collaboration with demand and supply chain managers.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for performance variances in collaboration with the regions.
- Assist regions in setting budget/QRF targets.
- Reporting requirements include areas such as inventory availability, slow moving inventory, MTO delivery time, OTIF, FMC/OLC performance and more.
- Provide insights into regional supply chain highlights, challenges, risks, opportunities, and capex project tracking.
Job requirements
- College level education or equivalent.
- Experience in building and maintaining management reports.
- Previous exposure to supply chain and demand processes desirable.
- Process oriented to deliver incremental business efficiencies.
- System familiarity, e.g. SAP, OMP, IHART, PowerBi, Celonis.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Numerate, analytical and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
