Where your expertise is needed

• Proactively manage calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve schedule conflicts for our managing directors
• Manage all travel logistics and expense reporting for our managing directors
• Provide daily operational & administrative support to the leadership team
• Plan internal and external workshops and events contributing with your own ideas
• Drive improvement of existing processes and create operational efficiency
• Support the contract management process
• Handle ad-hoc requests and drive projects as required

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of professional experience in executive assistant or administrative roles, ideally in a startup environment
• Hands-on attitude with pragmatic and practical problem solving
• Organizational talent, excellent communication skills and high social competence
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluency in German and English
• Availability of 20-30 hours per week
