WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Organizational support of the department, division and team management
- General administration (e.g. competence matrix, know-how transfer etc.)
- Department controlling and monitoring of SAP data (network management and time allocation)
- Creation and coordination of employees (m/f/d) in the area of deployment and workload planning as well as team planning
- Instruction of new employees (m/f/d)
- Creation and coordination of quantity structures and tender specifications
- Point of contact and monitoring of external service providers internally and externally
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE - Successfully completed studies in economics or industrial engineering or completed commercial vocational training with a technical background
- Several years of professional experience in the desired environment
- Experience in the fields of engineering, controlling and consulting desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project applications as well as SAP
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Structured way of working, excellent time management, organizational and coordination skills
