Your Role

• Welcome guests warmly, seat them comfortably, and present our menu highlights.
• Take orders accurately, explain dishes, and provide personalized culinary recommendations.
• Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring top quality at every table.
• Engage with guests throughout their visit to guarantee an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked service areas, and quickly reset tables.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service operations.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or bar environments.
• A positive, guest-focused personality who excels in dynamic surroundings.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and composure under pressure.
• Fluency in English is required; functional German skills are necessary; Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus.
• A team player dedicated to creating a supportive, high-energy work culture.
