About the Crewing team
The Crewing department is located at our global HQ in Delft and responsible for our worldwide pool of offshore colleagues. From recruitment to development, from the right mindset to the right motivation, we support our operations by delivering skilled operators to run our global offshore projects. The team currently consists of 5 Crewing Coordinators, 2 Work Students, 1 Team Lead and the Manager Crewing. In this role you will report to the Team Lead.

Your role as Jr. Crewing Coordinator
In this position you will be the Crewing representative for your own region together with your direct colleague and for one of the specialized Operator pools. With your team you will be responsible for the resource planning and administration of offshore personnel (Operators) in that region. You will be the main point of contact for your area where you will be expected to join meetings and assist on projects and Business Development requests. You will be liaising with your Crewing team members to ensure all projects are provided with trained and qualified Operators to operate our Ampelmann systems. As a Jr. Crewing Coordinator you are the linking pin between the onshore and offshore organization.

Regular activities:

• Coordinating and planning of Operators in your region and specialized pool.
• Liaising and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Operators, Operations Project Managers, Business Development Managers, agencies etc.).
• Creating and maintaining an optimal operator and project planning.
• Assisting in managing, steering and coaching Operators in their personal & professional development in an international and multicultural environment.
• Initiating and managing projects to improve the overall output of the Crewing department.

We ask:

• 1-3 years extensive planning experience (preferably with people), including relevant working experience (e.g., offshore, logistic services, transport, event management, international projects), Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills
• A flexible and resilient mindset: proven track record of being able to cope with ad-hoc situations in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Experience with Topdesk or Power BI is preferred
