Summary:

The incumbent serves as Post's facilities access control coordinator. S/he maintains and operates the ID systems, produces ID badges and oversees the access for Embassy personnel, family members, and visitors. S/he assists the office management specialist (OMS) in the performance of clerical/administrative duties and serves as the OMS in his/her absence. S/he performs additional duties as assigned including RSO security escort and rally-point coordinator. The job holder must be able to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret level security clearance.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Two years office management experience, or equivalent experience, is required.

- Must have good working knowledge of basic computer programs - MS office suite products.
- Must have a good knowledge of office management procedures.
