JOB SUMMARY
The jobholder will support the HR Team (Resourcing, Service Delivery, HR Governance)in their daily business focusing on administrative tasks and will work very closely together with the Head of HR
This includes:
- Direct support to the Head of HR
- Supporting the HR Resourcing team in the resourcing process
- Supporting the HR Governance Specialist in Governance topics and matters
- Supporting the HR Service Delivery team in Payroll and other service delivery topics
- Supporting the local HR Team in day-to-day tasks
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business/Processes/People & Talent/Governance
- Support the Head of HR – email monitoring, calendar etc
- Work closely with rest of HR team to support where needed
- Personnel file maintenance
- Support with ad hoc reports
- Administrative support in the yearly compensation and bonus round activities
Furthermore:
- Involvement in the support of the recruitment process
- Supporting in onboarding activities for new joiners
Risk Management
- Understand the risk and control environment in HR’s area of responsibility
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Take personal responsibility for understanding the risk and compliance requirements of the role.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of a year at university or comparable educational institution.
- Studies in economics, labour law, social pedagogy, industrial psychology or similar
- Preferably existing HR experience gained during previous internships/employments
- Excellent written & oral communication skills in German & English
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Analytical / critical thinking skills
- Meticulous with a good eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines
- Ability to create effective work relationships across functions and borders
- Ability to effectively engage with all relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
