What can you expect?

• You will be championing and advancing the organization's financial reporting, planning and forecasting as well as responding to ad-hoc requests
• You manage our automated invoicing process, accounting, and external providers, cashflows and liquidity, as well as having e2e ownership of quote-to-cash
• You lead our monthly operational performance reporting across all functions, and perform continuous benchmarking against target data
• You develop a core KPI framework and perform continuous benchmarking against target data to ensure that we're meeting our strategic objectives
• You will review our costs, moderate executive meetings, identify and implement process improvements and ensure, that we are compliant with all data privacy frameworks and regulations

What should you bring along?

• You have got a Master's or MBA in Finance or equivalent experience
• You have at least 6 years of professional experience in finance, with end-to-end process management experience and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You bring experience in team recruitment and management, and a commitment to develop and empower your team members to achieve their full potential
• You score with experience in German accounting practices, like HGB and IFRS, and strong financial modelling, PowerPoint reporting, and Excel skills
• You show excellent stakeholder management skills, such as strong analytical and organizational skills
• You have excellent communication skills in English and German
