We are seeking a proactive professional to drive continuous progress and manage key site operations globally.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop detailed assembly instructions and prepare site activities efficiently
- Act as the extended operational arm of project and site managers on-site
- Lead, guide, and supervise internal and external field personnel
- Organize site logistics, tools, materials, transport, and equipment for seamless project execution
- Diagnose technical issues, formulate solutions, and execute corrective measures
- Document project progress, manage change requests, and evaluate service variations
- Create technical documentation, update operational manuals, and report cost adjustments
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, site teams, and project management
- Conduct specialized technical training sessions
- Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
- Manage site administrative tasks and time tracking for accurate reporting
- Report directly to the Project Manager or Site Supervisor
Anforderungsprofil
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Engineering or technical vocational training with multi-year experience in plant construction
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, intercultural competence, and team spirit
- Unrestricted willingness to travel worldwide
- Excellent German skills and strong proficiency in English
- Proficiency with MS Office, Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and MS Project
