What part will you play? - As part of our eMobility Account Management team, you are responsible for the global support, development and development of internationally active accounts from the areas of fleet and logistics operators, vehicle OEMs and charge point operators for eMobility charging solutions
- Your tasks include generating knowledge about the strategy of the respective accounts at the company headquarters, but also their possible country and subsidiary companies, as well as their political and business situation
- You analyse markets, positioning and requirements in order to derive specific business opportunities in the field of eMobility
- You will create and implement an account business plan and define the sales strategy
- You will also prepare customer contacts, build and maintain a strong, customer-oriented network at all relevant hierarchical levels
- You drive supplier qualification and support the handling of key projects
- You are responsible for the planning of information meetings, customer events and training courses
- You successively increase the sales funnel, document it transparently in existing tools and are thus able to derive quantitative and qualitative key figures for strategic planning at any time
- You personally drive key opportunities to business success and play a significant role in contract negotiations
What you need to make real what matters. - The basis of your success is a completed master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science or business engineering
- You have gained experience in the ecosystem of electromobility and have a good knowledge of the sector in the environment of charging point operators (CPO)
- During your several years of professional experience in account management, you have successfully identified sales potentials as well as established and realised new businesses
- You have excellent knowledge of strategic sales planning, economic management and the systematic development of key customers
- You are an outstanding team player
- You independently create innovative topics, for which you can count on your solution-oriented thinking, customer focus and personal commitment
- You have excellent communication skills, a convincing appearance, a winning personality and the ability to build and develop trusting relationships at all levels
- Business fluent German, English and ideally other written and spoken languages round off your profile
