You will continuously optimize our current learning and development processes and tools to make sure that our offers remain cutting-edge and highly effective.

You will collaborate and/or lead interdisciplinary project teams to design and implement learning and development initiatives.

You will create group-wide standards and ensure compliance with them in collaboration with relevant interfaces and stakeholders.

You will advise internal customers on the implementation of Learning & Development concepts.

You will select and manage external providers and trainers, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise to our learning programs.

You successfully graduated with a master’s degree in psychology, Business or Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources/Development or a related field.

You have 5-7 years of experience in organizational learning and development, talent management and coaching programs in a corporate environment.

You are highly familiar with conducting needs assessments and developing appropriate recommendations for action.

You are confident in using various learning management systems.

You have proven skills in designing and conducting (virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face) workshops on various topics, such as teamwork, leadership, engagement, and learning culture.

You have a strong agility in learning, a creative and innovative mindset, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
