About the team

As part of the Global E-Commerce Team, you are the voice for our customers and, together with your team, ensure excellent service and satisfied customers.

This role will sit at the office in Holzwickede (near Dortmund).

Your skills

• Your have experience in customer service, preferably in telephone support
• You have strong communication skills and are proficient in conversation techniques
• You have very high service standards and think in a customer- and solution-orientated way
• You have an affinity for e-commerce, are familiar with customer service tools and are proficient in classic office applications
• You speak fluent dutch and English, German would also be a great benefit
• You are enthusiastic about the GANT brand and can identify with our values

Your responsibilities

• You support our customers with all questions, problems and challenges by phone and via digital channels
• You ensure maximum customer satisfaction on a daily basis and create a demonstrably excellent customer experience (NPS, CSAT)
• You use the customer service tools (Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and others) for pre- & after-sales management
• You proactively contribute to the further development of our shop platform, products and services with the help of feedback from our customers
