As Manager Strategy & Operations you will be working on a wide range of global cross-functional and impactful initiatives and growth projects for our company. You will work on large-scale strategic, growth, transformation and organizational enhancement initiatives, enabling high quality standards and strategic alignment.
You will work hand-in-hand with the Directors and VP Strategy and Operations to provide support on Concept & Strategy Development, Organizational Effectiveness, strategic Project Management as well as Process Optimization. You will support them in large scale transformation and also lead workstream yourself. As an internal partner you will participate in all stages of an initiative from conceptualization to hands-on implementation to deliver on project scope and objectives. Given our collaborative culture you will be working in very flat project-driven team structures, work with a broad spectrum of functions and will be exposed to senior levels of our management. You will work closely with them to develop strategies and tailored solutions to solve challenging business problems and you will generate critical market insights, analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities and to inform strategic directions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with external consultants and provide them guidance on how to meet our needs, prioritize scenarios and adapt to our business priorities.
Core responsibilities: - Manage projects from concept / design phase all to implementation
- Provide coordination for small and large teams within the company to address important company objectives, using advanced project management tools to design the project plan, structure into dedicated workpackages and workstreams with clear expectations around timelines and responsibilities
- Using advanced analytical skills to identify, formulate and structure the problems at hands and have an agile approach to adapt the thinking and approach as the project progresses
- Using advanced stakeholder management and communication tools to include all relevant stakeholders and engage them formats such as workshops, team meetings etc.
- Use very systematic approach to structure own work and holding itself accountable to high working standards and ethics
- Works closely together with a broad spectrum of functions and team to drive the development of strategies and tailored solutions
- Collaborates with external consultants and provide them guidance on how to meet our needs, prioritize scenarios and adapt to our business priorities
