Your responsibilities

As an all-round employee, you will play a vital role in various departments, including reception, breakfast service, the bar, and general guest relations. You will be the face of our hostel, ensuring every guest feels welcome.

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently at the reception desk
• Act as a primary point of contact in the lobby to assist guests with their needs
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and snacks at the hostel bar
• Support the restaurant team by setting up breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets
• Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure overall guest satisfaction

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled at a university or technical college
• You have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with international guests
• You work independently, show high commitment, and value teamwork
• You are familiar with Frankfurt and can provide local tips to our visitors
• You are comfortable working various shifts, whether day or night
• Your communication skills in German and English are at least at a B1 level
