- Act as a strategic partner for our Henkel Functions, addressing all people-related matters
- Translate business priorities into effective HR solutions, serving as the central business interface, leveraging data-driven insights
- Shape and drive organizational design and workforce management priorities, ensuring ongoing progress with a keen eye on data analytics
- Support the implementation of global HR projects within the business unit, utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Develop and implement people management practices aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate performance and talent management initiatives and acts as a moderator
- Identify and enables leaders to create meaningful development plans for team members
- University degree in HR, psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational corporate environment, encompassing workforce planning, talent management, and performance management
- Demonstrate profound knowledge in HR strategy, succession planning, HR policies, and employment law
- Showcase a passion for organizational design, recruiting, and HR consulting, with a strong emphasis on data literacy
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy and agility.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with effective presentation abilities
- Display great analytical thinking, a result-oriented approach, and a self-reliant working style, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
