• Start Date: Part -Time On Call
• Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Army Community Services (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) for the Stuttgart community. The Family Advocacy Program is one of several social service programs within ACS. The program helps to facilitate adaptation, and educational and informational awareness in support of Service members, family members, and Department of Defense Civilians.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English. Exhibit the ability to communicate in the English language, with references and/or High School/College Diploma or official transcript.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience managing files. 18 months managing files in an Army setting is the most valuable or with one year of experience managing files in an office setting.
• Experience in handling confidential documents.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams experience.
