Provides assistance to the Family Advocacy Program Manager with FAP efforts including administrative support, analytics, coordination of services to the installation Army Community Services Family Advocacy Program (FAP) supporting prevention, education, training, and direct services.

Supports the Family Advocacy Program Manager (FAPM) with coordination and implementation of all FAP initiatives, delivering administrative and analytical support to the ACS FAP.

Aids in the creation of FAP trainings covering Problematic Sexual Behavior-Child and Youth (PSBCY), Incident Determination Committee-Clinical Case Staff Meeting (IDC CCSM), Victim Advocacy, New Parent Support and Taskers.

Collaborates and coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and installation agencies as needed.

Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures, Memorandum of Understanding, and Memorandum of Agreements following Department of Army (DA) regulations.

Represents the FAPM in collaborations with county and state agencies for FAP activities and Memoranda of Agreement and Understanding.

Analyzes family violence statistics for installation reporting and presents findings to leadership.

Oversees quality control for FAP reporting and ensures data accuracy.

Organizes, schedules, provides logistical support, handles administrative tasks, and manages calendars.

Supports program meetings, including recording and finalizing minutes.

Maintains FAP training rosters.

Helps maintain certification files and prepares for certification reviews.

Conducts initial client triage to determine appropriate FAP referral.

Coordinates and facilitates the DA installation certification process.

Performs other assigned duties.
