Become a part of Mercedes-Benz at the Landau site and support us with the following tasks:

• Acceptance and registration of delivered vehicles

• Care and change of vehicles on display and participation in the preparation of special events

• Provision and release of vehicles according to scheduling/pre-booking

• Carrying out fleet logistic tasks and data maintenance in the corresponding programs

• Arrangement of damage settlement and repair of vehicles

• Coordination and execution of preparatory work for vehicle delivery

• Advise existing and new customers about our rental car offer

• Accompany vehicle handovers and returns

• Ensure the mobility of our customers and identify individual vehicle solutions

• Prepare offers and rental contracts

• Invoice rental contracts

• Handle vehicle damage as well as necessary repairs

To be best qualified for the position you possess:

• completed commercial or technical vocational training

• experience in fleet management or fleet logistics is an advantage

• good organizational skills and willingness to work hard

• initial professional experience as a sales consultant or customer advisor

• Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product range

• Commitment and a confident and friendly manner

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
