Your responsibilities

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team as a Parts Coordination and Assembly Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our team in coordinating and assembling parts for our products.

• You will assist the team in coordinating and scheduling the project-related delivery of parts for medical demonstration devices
• You will monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of parts
• You will work on identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and take on the derivation and implementation of measures for improvements
• You will support the team in assembling parts and components for our products
• You will support the team in keeping the work area clean and organized
• You will work on other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Your qualification

• You are an enrolled Student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Administration, Engineering or Logistics or a comparable course of study
• You have first professional experience in project management, preferably in supply chain, logistics, IT and/or production
• You handle Microsoft Office applications with ease (especially MS Excel)
• You have good written and spoken communication and English skills
• Knowledge of German is advantageous
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly techniques is a plus
• A hands-on can-do attitude is part of your skills
• You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• You are open-minded and have demonstrated a strong team spirit
• You enjoy an independent, reliable and result-oriented way of working
