We are looking for our future Controller (m/f/d) Sales Europe based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

Your mission

• Collaborate with the Local Sales team by translating operational plans into a financial logic and by guarantying the application of the group standards
• Manage budgets and forecasts processes, analyse gaps, co-build and deploy associated action plans
• Manage risks and opportunities and develop strategic plans
• Implement financial KPI reflecting the real picture of the operative performance
• Propose improvement actions to improve the financial performance and finally contribute to the corrective actions application
• Ad hoc analysis on commercial costs, margins and turnover evolution
• Accompany your operational teams in decision making by informing them on financial impacts and stakes and providing them relevant data

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor or Master´s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in controlling or audit in an international environment
• You have got a strong knowledge in finances, control and compliance processes
• Your good knowledge of legal/financial rules enables you to easily identify their influence in the controlling job
• You perfectly know Excel, SAP and BW
• Your English level is fluent, German language skills would be a plus
• Your strategic mindset and your ability to analyse and manage change are essential
• You are recognized for your communication skills and your capacity to influence
• Your customer orientation, your capacity to work in a transversal way, and your interest for innovation will be your best assets to succeed within our group
