The Learning & Development team is primarily responsible for strategic personnel development and its operational implementation worldwide. As a specialist in people and organizational development, you will support our Center of Excellence "Learning & Development". Your work will focus on the design and implementation of project-based concepts. Thematically, this includes, for example, the development of our employees, our organization and the selection and development of our talents.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the development of our group-wide HR development offerings in line with the corporate strategy, market standards and taking into account division or location-specific requirements
- Furthermore, you will work on international projects and manage change processes, e.g. expanding our leadership development and talent programs as well as our performance management approach
- You develop new concepts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, coordinate them and implement the measures
- You lead change management initiatives and support cultural changes with suitable formats
Your profile:
- You have a degree in psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources or a similar qualification
- You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the areas of personnel and organizational development, preferably in a consultancy or an international company
- You have an open and approachable personality with very good communication skills in English
- You are enthusiastic and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and transnational teams
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Pragmatism, holistic thinking and open-mindedness to rethink processes as well as goal-oriented action come naturally to you
- You are familiar with project management methods and apply them successfully
