We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented company.

Preferred start date: August or September
Commercial responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial activities, including creating requests for quotations, tracking orders, and handling excess lists to support Trading team.
- Facilitate communication with customers in the absence of assigned personnel, upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Administrative responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Manage office inventory and supplies, maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the accounting department on German office invoices, fostering seamless financial processes.
- Responsible for our two trading offices in Germany, Berlin and Munich.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Strong organizational skills and a great attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) is essential.
- Proficiency in both English and German is a must.
