Your Role
- work on new medical products in the field of ophthalmology
- develop complex electromechanical or mechanical products, tools and measurement equipment for development and production
- work with multiple disciplines within R&D and all support functions (RA, QM, purchasing,…)
- plan and perform tests and verifications on component up to system level
- perform and analyze measurements and support data based decision processes
- create reports to document results of test and verifications
- support full technical documentation for registration of the products world wide
- specify and develop improvements or enhancements to existing products
Your Profile
- M.Sc. degree with good final grades in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, medical technology, microsystem engineering or related disciplines
- at least basic skills in Matlab or LabView programming
- preferably knowhow in automation and design of measurement systems or experience in production process development
- good communication (oral and written in German and/or English) and proven teamwork skills
- Bonus: experience in development, verification and validation of medical products
