These are your tasks:

• System-supported material planning
• Communication and contact management with national and international suppliers and manufacturers
• Deadline and quantity monitoring of purchased parts, initiation of special measures in case of deviations
• Analysis of system data for early detection and processing of malfunctions
• Bottleneck coordination with special transports and airfreights
• Master data and supplier maintenance
• Support in the optimization of processes

This is what you can expect:

• Mobile working (within Germany) with individual presence days in Berlin (e.g. home office, remote/hybrid working)

Professional:

Education: Training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, freight forwarding clerk or comparable qualification

Experience: Professional experience in the field of material planning and scheduling, ideally in the automotive sector

IT skills: Routine handling of MS Office applications

Languages: Very good German and advanced English skills

Personal:

Individuality: quick perception, service orientation, good communication skills

Working style: Structured, meticulous, solution-oriented

Team spirit: Proactive, team player, hands-on mentality
