The job advertisement is subject to the following general conditions

• Full-time 36.0 hours per week
• Target pay group is EG 7 -

  during the induction period, the position will be grouped according to the current induction status.

• Type of contract: temporary - however, we are interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.

Become a part of our team in the spare parts department at the Perlach plant and support us by

• Checking and processing parts requests and returns from the workshop
• clarifying technical issues related to parts definition
• Issuing, taking back and storing parts - checking for plausibility in the process
• process parts requests to customers for parts and accessories sales
• Support / representation for parts and accessories sales also on Saturdays
• Check availability of parts and perform system queries if necessary
• Inquire about parts availability at the responsible logistics center or GLC
• Initiate or carry out procurement of parts not in stock
• Determine list of required orders and manage backordered items
• Carry out special tasks

• completed commercial/technical vocational training
• strong interpersonal skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
