What part will you play?
You will be a driving force behind corporate environmental protection strategies, programs and initiatives. At our company, we are committed to creating a sustainable future through innovative environmental strategies.
Your tasks. - Contribute to the global vision, mission, strategy for corporate environmental protection
- Advance the development of corporate environmental protection programs, initiatives and projects
- Identifying internal and external strategic environmental protection aspects through market, trends, data gathering, scenario analysis, and future projections and determining the company-wide strategic measures required
- Representing and asserting the company's environmental protection strategy interests at internal and external associations, conferences, events
- Systematically monitoring the company-wide introduced indicators for environmental protection strategy related programs, initiatives and projects and analyzing and assessing the progress at company level
- Defining the environmental protection related tools and processes required for reporting of company-wide strategic environmental protection programs, initiatives and projects
- Developing the communication concept for environmental protection strategy as an integral part of the overall corporate environmental protection communication concept
What you need to make real what matters. - Master’s degree in environmental engineering, science, planning or equivalent
- Long-term professional experience in environmental protection, with a specific focus on strategies
- Many years of professional experience in intercultural cooperation as well as in leading international and complex projects and its project teams
- You bring a detailed knowledge of environmental protection processes and strategies across the entire value chain
- Highly skilled communicator, adept at converting technical jargon into layman’s terms
- Knowledge of Siemens businesses, including having an established network of colleagues with expertise in internal and external environmental consulting and strategies
- Recognized as a subject matter expert on environmental protection
- Business fluent English skills
