Your responsibilities

• Conduct national and international robotics training sessions for clients and employees in various formats
• Develop targeted training programs and create corresponding materials for diverse audiences
• Actively design and revise training materials to continuously optimize learning content
• Maintain and enhance robotics applications at the training center
• Continuous improvement of your technical and personal skills is essential for this role

Your background

• Experience in the technical field, ideally in automation technology, robotics, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering
• Enjoyment in conveying complex technical concepts
• Experience in developing and conducting technical training using modern methods such as e-learning and webinars is advantageous
• Knowledge of new media technologies, programming, and Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with experience presenting to clients
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and enthusiasm
• Completed studies in a relevant technical field, preferably electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical education. Alternatively, a commercial education with proven technical knowledge or a technical background is also acceptable
• Flexibility for occasional travel to clients is required
