YOUR CHALLENGE:

• You will assist the Growth Sales Managers in their day-to-day work
• You will work in close synergies with our marketing team and provide content creation support
• You will create and edit/maintain new as well as existing clients and partners in CRM
• You help setting up onboarding of new clients and new partnerships
• You will support customer communication for other inquiries
• You will help identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions
• Ability to understand clients’ needs and how to achieve their outcome
• Provide customers’ feedback regarding product and service to the Team lead regularly

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• have excellent organizational skills and a structured work method studying Business Administration, Economics or are a student in a similar subject.
• can work independently and are a true team player.
• are an excellent user of Excel and PowerPoint
• have no problem working and communicating in English; Proficiency in another language is also an advantage.
• Knowledge of online marketing/Media buying is an advantage.
• have excellent analytical skills paired with impact-oriented creative problem-solving skills
