Your Tasks
- Regular review of the utilization of framework agreements of the worldwide production network through SAP-based reports
- Preparation of formula calculations for the business evaluation of launch/relaunch products for consumer goods
- Preparation of negotiations and analysis of offers within the tender process
- International communication with the planners in the plants
- Support of the complete purchasing process from request for quotation to contract preparation
- Preparation of Power-Point presentations to support the Global Category Managers
- Master data maintenance of prices and raw materials in SAP
- Follow-up of contract signatures of suppliers
- Checking and evaluating the proper order processing of the worldwide plants with the help of SAP-based reports
- Evaluation and assessment of suppliers regarding spend volumes
Your Profile
- Advanced degree in business administration or similar, ideally with a focus on procurement , supply chain management.
- Duly enrolled during the entire working student activity
- First relevant experience from previous internships/working student activities
- Analytical thinking skills, ability to think your way into processes as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Good communication skills
- Confident spoken and written English in daily communication by phone and email
- Solid Knowledge of German
- Basic Knowledge of SAP-Transactions
- Ability to work independently with high commitment and self-motivation
