YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and manage client project, including:
  • liaising with customers
  • conducting internal and external project meetings
  • escalation management
  • planning resources and technical execution
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors for flawless execution of all aspects of the projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope, observing company standards and policies

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in (business) information technology, business economics or similar
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to work self-dependent
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in both German and English
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector beneficial
