Your Role in Health & Life Sciences

As an Associate, you will deconstruct complex problems, direct junior consultants, and execute sophisticated analyses to craft actionable recommendations. You will work closely with clients and project teams to drive results.

As an Engagement Manager, you will act as the on-scene leader, managing projects day-to-day. You will guide your team through effective problem-solving processes, ensuring that strategic recommendations are practical, relevant, and cohesive.

What You Bring to the Team

• 4 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of the Health & Life Sciences sector.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to identify trends and draw strategic conclusions.
• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Creativity and initiative to solve the industry's biggest challenges.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to travel.
